QBC As Needed Help

Call QBC when you need any type of assistance and we bill you at our prevailing hourly rate. This option can be used for implementation assistance, training, and continuing support. This payment method can be used for telephone support, web-training, modem dial-in assistance, or on-site visits by QBC personnel to your business. No contracts required. Does not include travel or expenses.


QBC Discounted Block of Hours

Choose the number of hours you wish to purchase from the quantity discount table. By paying for a block of hours in advance, you will earn substantial discounts below the prevailing As Needed QBC rates. The more hours you buy, the lower the cost per hour. We keep a detailed log of implementation/training/support activities and deduct hours as they are used. When all prepaid hours are used you can buy another block of hours, or switch to a different support option. No contract required. Does not include travel or expenses.

Virtually every new QBC Customer is installed under this plan. To get the maximum discount most customers buy a block of hours they estimate will cover implementation and training, plus a few hours of continuing support during first months of live processing.


Monthly Support Plan

Sign up for the number of support hours you expect to use each month and pay substantially less than the prevailing as-needed hourly rate. The more hours you purchase, the lower the hourly rate. We bill you monthly for the hours you've chosen. If you use more hours in a month than your plan, we bill the additional hours at your discounted hourly rate. If you use less support than your plan, unused support time does not carry forward. An annual contract is required for this plan. Customers on a monthly support plan can still purchase discounted blocks of hours for special projects or additional training. Does not include travel or expenses.

This service includes but is not limited to:

  1. System recovery caused by Hardware or Power Failures
  2. Recovery from Back-up Media to new/replaced system
  3. Attempt to recover data from Tape or Disk
  4. Create files from Tape/Disk to some other media such as Excel/Access or other recognizable form
  5. Reinstall Operating System/ Database Software / Programs and User Setup

On-Site Consulting / Implementation / Training

QBC can provide certain on-site consulting, implementation, and training services, subject to the scheduling and availability of appropriate personnel. Such services will be specified and agreed to in advance by QBC and the customer. Depending on the services and time required, pricing will vary.  Travel and lodging expenses are additional and will be billed at actual.

QBC also offers classroom training at our Amherst, NY facility for up to 8 students.
