- Fully integrated POS, distribution management and accounting package.
- Multi-warehouse/branch with item inquiry displaying inventory
availability for all branch locations.
- Item lookup capabilities throughout the system allows
for quick access of inventory data when the part number is not known. Up
to two user-defined fields for easy lookup.
- Customer look-up capabilities throughout the system
allows for quick access of customer data when the customer number is not
known. Lookup based upon customer's last name.
- System, Menu, and Program Security allows user to prevent
operator access to critical programs or applications.
- Flexible pricing rules allow for price level pricing, quantity
break pricing, customer contract pricing (with start/top dates and quantity
limitations), item specials pricing, profit margin pricing, price "matrix"
pricing, which allows customer discounts or markups by product line.
- Fully integrated point of sale module allows for entry
and printing of customer invoice data in a timely manner.
- On-line real time updating of invoice data provides up
to the minute data accuracy eliminates lengthy end of day procedures.
- Closed invoice inquiry allows operator to inquire by part
number, customer number, or vehicle Id to view invoice detail for parts
sold, history to 12 months and beyond, if desired.
